Police search for E train perv
Have you seen this man?
Police say on the afternoon of March 22, the man shown above approached a 38-year-old woman on an E train approaching the Queens Plaza subway station.
He then placed his hand on her “groin area” above the pants.
Police describe him as a Hispanic man in his 50s with glasses.
